8vo (210 x 132 mm), pp iv 49 [3]; a fine copy in original wrappers. £375
A rare catalogue of plants for sale by the Tarascon family of nurserymen, the Audiberts. The catalogue, which uses the nomenclature of Steudel, is divided into four sections: trees and shrubs, greenhouse plants, outdoor plants and flowers, and fruit trees and vines. A two-page supplement is devoted to economic plants.
Not in NUC, although it records a 1817 catalogue of vegetables by the same firm.
